Do you have questions about our services? Below are the most frequently asked questions. Feel free to call us at any time.

​Q: How Do I Make Payment To Your Company?

A: For those with insurance, you will only be responsible for your "deductible" which is usually $1000. However we give back up to $500 of your insurance deductible. For those without insurance a payment deposit of $500 is required before work can begin and you will receive and invoice within 24-48 hours after the service is performed for the remaining balance.

Q: How quickly can you arrive and begin the clean up process?

A: BIO Cleanup AZ strives to be on site within 2-4 hours of your call or webform entry.

Q: Do I have to clean or prepare the area before you arrive in any way?

A: We ask that you DO NOT clean or prepare the area in anyway with the exception of ease of entry. We do recommend that you remove any valuable items (jewelry, firearms, furs, cash/notes) as there may be other visitors both before and after our service.

Q: What is the Cost of Your Service(s)?

A: Most remediation services are covered by your property insurance. Bio Cleanup AZ is priced appropriately for the materials, training and risk presented to our staff and employees.
